Two Storey Ruined Building
This set is scaled to 25-28mm figures making it perfect for 40k, Necromunda, Contemporary/Sci-Fi Roleplaying and pretty much anything else scaled to 25-28mm. This model comprises a ruined building with ground and first floors. The approximate overall dimensions are 5 3/4" high x 8" long x 3 3/4" wide.
This building is highly detailed with cracking and a flaking plaster/concrete veneer which has crumbled away in places to expose structural brickwork in the walls Both the ground and first floors are damaged wooden floorboards with grain which will pick up drybrushing extremely well. The floors are spaced 3" apart to fit standard 40k rules for ruined buildings and terrain. Use this to quickly and easily expand your city fight and ruin collection.
The model is in four parts and requires minimal assembly. Due to the casting process it may be necessary to trim flashing from the model prior to assembly. The set is made from high quality cast resin which means it's solid and sturdy and shaped exactly like the item shown on the photos.
The model can also be drilled or sanded quite easily for further modelling. ach model comes unpainted (base colour white/beige). Some assembly required.
